The Independent Power Producers’ Association, Nepal (IPPAN), the national umbrella organization representing Independent Power Producers (IPPs) in Nepal, invites applications from qualified, courteous, and service-oriented Nepali citizens for the position of Receptionist / Front Office Executive/Account Assistant.
Position Summary
The Receptionist / Front Office Executive will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the organization’s front office by providing professional reception services, managing communications, supporting administrative functions, and maintaining a welcoming environment for members, visitors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and welcome visitors, members, guests, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage visitor registration, access control, and front office records.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, correspondence, and official documents.
- Maintain office filing systems and communication records.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, meeting room arrangements, and hospitality services.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, training programmes, and organizational events.
- Monitor office supplies and support routine administrative operations.
- Ensure confidentiality of organizational information and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Assist to Finance manager as per requirement to prepare voucher.
- Prepare reports and other accounting related works.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience in reception, office administration, or customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Nepali.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
