Independent Power Producers’ Association, Nepal (IPPAN) commissioned a study to conduct research on the impacts of power crisis to the industrial ,domestic and commercial sectors and to the electricity comsumers at large. This report is the outcome of the research work conducted by SODEJ-Nepal (Society of Development Energy Journalists, Nepal) under the guidance of IPPAN members.
