- Company Registration Certificate(Attested Copy )
- PAN Certificates(Attested Copy )
- Company Profile
- Survey License (Corporate Member)(Attested Copy )
- Work Profile on the area of hydropower (Associate Member) e.g. Equipment Supplier, Contractors etc.

Please be noted that all the documents must be in the name of same company which has requested for IPPAN Membership.
